Tim Edward, who was previously a partner at law firm Dentons and head of its commercial dispute resolution practice in Scotland, is joining MBM Commercial.
He has been appointed as a partner by law firm MBM, which has offices in Edinburgh and London. MBM said Mr Edward would work closely alongside Cat MacLean, head of its dispute resolution group.

Mr Edward has more than 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, insolvency and professional negligence, MBM noted.
