Finalist shortlists have now been drawn up for all 19 categories in this year's much-anticipated The Herald Property Awards for Scotland.

The finalists are announced today for The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2023.

From amongst a huge number of entries, shortlists have been drawn up in all 19 categories as the panel of judges, chaired by chartered quantity surveyor, Tom Barclay, completed the lengthy process of visiting each home and development in order to determine which will be this year’s winners.

Amongst those shortlisted are Kirkwood Homes, The Gullane at Inchmarlo, a contender for Best Show Home sponsored by DAW Signs. Caldwell View by The Wee House Company is in the running for the Best Family Home award sponsored by Vision Spaces, while Dalton Avenue, Clydebank by Clydebank Housing Association with Coltart Earley Architecture is in the running for the Affordable Development of the Year category sponsored by NHBC
