Want to get that summer feeling?

This week, Yelp has tracked down all the best barbeque places across Glasgow and Edinburgh so you can dine with indoor sunshine!

Buddy's Bar Diner Grill

677 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow

The menu features burgers, wings and fries, but take Joe P's recommendation and try the BBQ section. He had the "half rack of ribs in spicy sauce (£5.95)." It was "so great that half the ribs came home with me that night - the quality of the food and the presentation were both exceptional. I can't wait to go back!"

Los Argentinos

28 - 30 Preston Street, Edinburgh

Alan S took a bunch of people here for steak and "none of us came away disappointed". This place also does a fine line in BBQ ribs - as a starter or a main, or a mega-menu for sharing. "Everything is served with baked potato or chips and a side salad."

Khublai Khan

26 Candleriggs, Glasgow

This "Mongolian BBQ restaurant" is "pretty much what you'd expect for a warrior meat-feast - long wooden tables, candle and fire light, warrior-esque decor and swords!" Sharon M enjoyed watching "the chef manoeuvre the food more efficiently with two swords than I can with a spatula".

Ong Gie

22 Brougham Place, Edinburgh

"Yay, BBQ!" cries Rayan D. With hot barbeque plates set into the tables, "it is a very much 'hands on' experience", cooking the food in front of you. Rayan's approach is "much sharing and tasting of other plates and frying at the table like a boss".

Meat Bar

142 West Regent Street, Glasgow

Craig S "decided on the wings to start with the BBQ glaze (you can also have with hot sauce). We were presented with three plump and juicy wings, which had been marinated with a dry rub, smoked and finally finished with a barbecue glaze. This gave them a sweet, smokey flavour with a nice kick of heat at the end, absolutely delicious!"

Rodi

121 Morrison Street, Edinburgh

"Showcasing an impressive open charcoal barbecue," this "welcome new addition to the dining circuit" gets Blythe R's vote for top Turkish eats, "with their meat extremely tender, and the main course portion absolutely vast".

Smoak at Pivo Pivo

20 Waterloo Street, Glasgow

This place abounds with BBQ offerings! Scott C "ordered the pulled pork, slaw, BBQ sauce in brioche bun, some BBQ chicken wings and regular fries". The menu also features BBQ beans with molasses and smoked hock of ham for £2.50 as a side.

Zico's Brazilian Grill Bar

97 Morrison Street, Edinburgh

"Meat, meat and more meat!!" announced Carolann P. "With an all you can eat Brazillian rodizio where can you really go wrong?" She's a fan of the beef in particular - "moist and yummy, and not tough or dry at all".

Tropeiro

363 Argyle Street, Glasgow

Here you'll find Brazilian style barbeque meats and James N loves the varied selection of "ribs, brisket, wing, sausages, gammon and a whole host of others. Simply seasoned, just salt and pepper but incredible succulent and tasty at the same time."

Smoke Stack

53-55 Broughton Street, Edinburgh

"A good place to drop in if you're hungry", Terri B says this "diner-come-canteen" is a great place to go for a quick fix for those burger and steak cravings.
