Edinburgh-based guitarist Neil Warden has released a CD revisiting the blues and Americana styles that he played as the long-serving foil for the late Scottish blues singer Tam White, pictured. Warden, who has also worked with former Bad Company bassist Boz Burrell, Stone the Crows singer Maggie Bell, cabaret artists Peter Straker and Camille O’Sullivan and jazz musicians including Brian Kellock and John Burgess, recorded Adventures in Weissenborn Land with singer-harmonica player Gary Martin and flautist Dave Heath, with arranger Stuart Mitchell adding atmospheric soundscapes. The CD is available through iTunes, cdbaby and bandcamp.
