BALLANTYNE - George S. (Currie / Largs) Peacefully, after a short illness, on Friday, 11th November, 2022, at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, George, formerly of Bosomworth Livestock and Auctioneers, United Auctions and former secretary to the Hereford Society and Suffolk Sheep Society. Beloved husband of the late Audrey (nee Mackie). Loved dad, father-in-law, grandad and great-grandpa. A service will take place at Currie Kirk, Edinburgh on Wednesday, 30th November at 11am, with an interment thereafter at Currie Cemetery at approximately 11.45am, to which all are welcome.
