Noddy is going on-line

Computer firm Absolute Studios has produced a CD-Rom featuring children's favourites Noddy and Big Ears to screens across the globe.

The company has produced an electronic Toyland and computerised versions of the Enid Blyton characters which have been a hit with generations of children.

The CD-Rom was a coup for the Glasgow-based firm, which was only three months old when it won the contract from the BBC. Staff numbers increased from three to 12 as the firm took on artists and programmers to deal with the work.
