AYR is set to become the cruise ship capital of Scotland as thousands of well-to-do international tourists arrive to sample the delights of the Costa Clyde, writes David Steele.
As a result of a partnership involving Associated British Ports, South Ayrshire Council and Enterprise Ayrshire, four of the world's largest and most luxurious cruise liners will anchor in Ayr Bay for a full day's visit later this year.
