EDINBURGH Wanderers remain at the top of the women's rugby Keyline League after defeating West of Scotland 47-3 at Murrayfield.
Scotland's No.8 Donna Kennedy, playing out of position at outside centre, was rewarded with three tries, while stand-off Denise Fairbairn claimed a further two.
At Raeburn Place, Edinburgh Academicals maintained their challenge with a massive 87-0 over Edinburgh University, Scotland wing Sue Brodie scoring four tries.
In Division 2, Edinburgh Academicals made it a day of wins with victory for their second XV over West of Scotland 2nd XV by 14-7, while Haddington continued their impressive form with a 12-0 win over Stirling University.
Elsewhere, the all-Border clashes in Division Three produced wins for Melrose and Hawick, who had respective victories over Duns and Peebles. Results:

q.TWO of last season's Scotland under-18 caps, James MacPhail, the Stirling County wing from Mull, and Graeme Inglis, the flanker who has been playing scrum half for Hutchesons'/Aloysians, are in the Glasgow squad to prepare for the under-19 district championship with a match against a Stirling XV at Bridgehaugh on Wednesday (kick-off 7pm).
