Scotland Under-21 manager Alex Smith has named Celtic striker Mark Burchill and Rangers youngster Kenny Miller in his squad to face Latvia next week.
Burchill, who has scored five goals in 12 appearances for the Under-21s, has featured in recent Scotland squads - winning six caps - but has suffered from a lack of first-team football at Celtic. Squad:
