Degrees of fashion

The work of 33 fashion, costume, performance, and textile students hits the catwalk tonight at the neo-classical sculpture court at Edinburgh College of Art for this year's graduate collections show. The new black

Making sense of art

Work by Scotland's best artists goes under the hammer at an auction in Glasgow on Saturday.

More than 20 paintings, including Still Life December by Norman Edgar and work by PeterHowson, Hamish McDonald and George Devlin, are for sale.

The event, organised by Rita Rusk Events for the charity Sense Scotland, takes place in Blythswood Square Gardens. Would-be buyers can viewwork from 1pm until 2.30pm, with the auction between 4pm and 7.30pm.
