Rob Hart's hopes of an NFL contract with the Miami Dolphins have been hit by a hamstring injury. The Scottish Claymores kicker, who has been at the Dolphins' training camp, is receiving treatment three times a day and will miss Friday's pre-season game with Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

''At the moment I'm not kicking and will probably be out for another week at least which means I'll miss the first game,'' he said. ''My leg is black and blue through the injury and I'm just really frustrated at the moment.

''It's going to be really difficult to make the team with this setback but I just have to get better as soon as possible. I have to show them what I am capable of.''
