SARAJEVO: The second UN shipment of underwear in as many weeks has
been stolen by Bosnian Serb soldiers, suggesting they are feeling the
draught of international economic sanctions. A convoy bound for Gorazde
had 100 boxes of men's underwear taken before it was allowed into the
town. A British army convoy supplying UN peacekeepers recently had a
number of sets of black, one-piece thermal underwear taken at gunpoint.
