THE Crown Office has decided that naval personnel involved in the
incident which led to the sinking of the trawler Antares last year will
not face legal action. No reasons for the decision were given. However a
Ministry of Defence spokesman said that the Commander-in-Chief (Fleet)
was considering whether to take disciplinary action against the men.
