HOLDERS Livingston and City of Edinburgh, the team they beat in last
year's final, have avoided each other in basketball's Scottish Cup
semi-final draw.
But City and Livingston will clash in the women's cup semis.
The cup clashes are not till the third week in January, and first,
Livingston and City meet in a vital Carlsberg Scottish League battle at
the Forum on Sunday. The draws are:
Scottish Cup. Men, semi-finals -- Cumnock v Livingston, Dalkeith
Saints or Boroughmuir v City of Edinburgh. Women, semi-finals -- Team
Calsec v Edinburgh Royals or Pilgrim BS, City of Edinburgh v Livingston.
Bank of Scotland Junior Cup. Men, quarter-finals -- Bruins or Central
Scotland Police v Pentland, Hamilton v Paisley, Kinross or City of
Edinburgh v Livingston or Glasgow City Brightsiders, Cumnock v
Dunfermline.
Bank of Scotland Youth Cup. Men, semi-finals -- Paisley v Strathkelvin
or Dalkeith Saints, Alness v Dunfermline or Woodlands. Women,
semi-finals -- Edinburgh Royals v Pentland Star, Dundee v Paisley.
