MONTREAL: Canada's fledgling Museum of Humour has a decidedly unfunny
problem. It's losing so much money that it must shut down at least
temporarily. The museum, which has about 50 full-time and part-time
employees, has lost $200,000 a month since it opened 10 months ago and
is now seen as a potential handicap to Montreal's annual Just for Laughs
festival.

It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
