DEFENDER Lex Baillie, freed by St Mirren, will sign a year's contract
for Dunfermline today after nearly a fortnight of negotiations.
He will play in the League Cup game against East Stirling tomorrow on
Wednesday as well as Northern Ireland Squad striker George O'Boyle, who
will start a game for the first time in a year having now fully
recovered from knee and Achilles tendon operations.
* RANGERS teenage defender Scott McCulloch was rushed to hospital last
night with a suspected broken leg during their 1-1 draw with Maryhill
Juniors at Lochburn Park.
