ROBBIE The Pict was jailed for three months at Aberdeen Sheriff Court
yesterday. Robbie, otherwise known as music promoter Brian Robertson,
46, formerly of Abbotsford Place, Aberdeen appeared from custody having
previously been arrested after returning from Estonia. He had been found
guilty of driving while disqualified. Sentence had been deferred for
background reports, but yesterday Robertson told Sheriff Alexander
Jessop that he was unable to perform community service as an alternative
to jail as he will be returning to Estonia. Sheriff Jessop then said his
only option was to jail Robbie and disqualify him from driving for six
months.
