THE body of a woman may have lain in an Edinburgh flat for up to four weeks.
Lothian and Borders Police were called to the flat in Albert Street, Leith, on Saturday by a neighbour who reported a foul smell. The body of the woman, believed to be in her 40s, was found. Police said they were treating the death as unexplained.
