SCOTLAND will face Bangladesh on home turf in at least one ODI during the summer after new funding was found for their European tour.

The trip had been put on hold, however the ICC High Performance Programme have agreed to foot most of the bill.

Bangladesh will take on Ireland in a mini-series in July before arriving in Scotland, where they will take on the Scots and the Netherlands in a three-way tournament.

There may also be scope for Scotland to face them in a second match.

Meanwhile, Scotland star Kyle Coetzer struck 130 for his new county Northamptonshire against Leicestershire at Grace Road yesterday. His innings included 17 boundaries from the 245 balls he faced and has given his team hope of pushing for a positive result in today's final three sessions.
