THE funeral of late Bee Gees star Robin Gibb will take place next week.
The event, on June 8, will be attended by close family and friends only.
However, a memorial service is to be arranged for later in the year. There has been speculation that this will take place at St Paul's Cathedral in London.
The hugely successful music star, who racked up decades of hits, died after suffering from cancer.
Although details of the funeral's location have not been announced, it was reported that it will take place near Thame, Oxfordshire, with a service including music by the Bee Gees.
