Notice is hereby given that on 8 July 2016 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by James Sleight of Geoffrey Martin & Co Unit 4, Carlton Court, Brown Lane West, Deeds LS12 6LT in his capacity as Trustee in the bankrupt estate of Alastair Greig, craving the Court inter alia that the order of the Adjudicator dated 14 June 2016 and the appointment of the trustee of the estate of Alastair Greig dated 23 June 2016 be enforced in Scotland, for warrant to authorise the Keeper of the Records and Registers of Scotland to register the said award of the Adjudicator and appointment dated 16 and 23 June 2016 respectively be registered in the Books of Council and Session and grant warrant to inhibit the heritable property of Alistair Greig wherever situated in Scotland, in which Petition by interlocutor of 15 July 2016, Lord Doherty appointed any party claiming an interest, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Court of Session, within a reduced period of 8 days after such intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
