CELTIC will stream Tommy Gemmell’s funeral live on YouTube.

The club has confirmed that it will be broadcasting coverage the Lisbon Lion's family and friends gather to say their final farewells at noon on Friday.

A broadcast facility has been made available at Daldowie Crematorium in Uddingston, where the funeral service will be held.

The funeral cortege will depart Celtic Park and travel down the Celtic Way at 11am and remain there until 11.30am before heading for the crematorium in Uddingston.

Celtic said: "Daldowie are providing a live stream of the funeral service which will be available for supporters to watch on the Celtic YouTube channel at 12noon.

"Tommy was one of Celtic’s greatest servants, and a man who will forever be held in the highest regard by everyone connected to the club.

"Tommy’s family kindly thank everyone for all the support they have already received. The Celtic Family has lost one of its greatest sons, and our thoughts and prayers continue to be with Tommy’s family."
