Multiple casualties in US shooting
Police have made an arrest following a shooting incident in Illinois, USA.
TV pictures show dozens of first responder vehicles outside a building housing the Henry Pratt Co in Aurora.
"We are told that multiple people have been struck by gunfire," a spokesman for the Kane County State Attorney's Office wrote in an email.
An Aurora police spokesman said "multiple people ... multiple officers" were injured and a suspect is in custody.
The spokesperson could not confirm any fatalities.
Two area hospitals are receiving multiple patients, a hospital source said, although the exact number and their conditions are not known at this time.
