Virgin customers reported major service outage
Virgin Media customers are reporting a major service outage, with hundreds of complaints that the service is down and not working.
Issues reportedly began at around 1.15pm with reports coming in from London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, Leeds, and Edinburgh.
Down Detector, which uses social mentions to gather details on web outages, is showing a surge of people without access to certain services.
