The spread of Covid-19 is having an impact on all areas of public life - including Scotland's schools. 

It has been claimed that primary and secondary schools across the country could close at the end of the Easter break; just several weeks away.

Scientists believe the weeks to come will see infection rates swiftly increase, reaching a peak from between early spring and early summer, depending on how quickly the virus spreads. Throughout this period, we will keep you up to date with any school closures as they become available.
