Covid cases in Scotland have risen by a further 2,288.

The daily rise in numbers was reported on the Scottish Government's website this afternoon, where they confirmed the total cases now sit at 685,815.

The increase marks 12.8% of all tests carried out.

In the same period, no new deaths were reported, however, register offices are generally closed at the weekend.

As of midnight last night, 771 people were in hospital with recently confirmed Covid-19, and 57 were in intensive care.

And as of 8.30am this morning, 4,330,321 people have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccination and 3,929,012 have received their second dose

For the week October 31 to November 6, the ONS Covid-19 Infection Survey estimates that one in 85 people living in private residential households in Scotland had Covid-19, which equates to around 62,100 people.
