Police are appealing for information following a fatal crash on the A932 in Forfar.
The crash happened around 9.30pm on Wednesday, April 15, near Forfar Golf Club, and involved a blue Audi Q3.
The driver, an 89-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed and reopened around 6.15am on Thursday, April 16.

Sergeant John McDiarmid said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who has died.
“Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash, who has not yet spoken to officers, to contact us.
“We’d also ask anyone with dash-cam footage to come forward.”
