A lorry has crashed into a house in Edinburgh, causing significant damage to the front of the property, with reports it belongs to a man linked to organised crime.
Emergency services were called to Brand Drive, near Portobello Golf Course, at around 2.25pm on Tuesday, May 26.
Police Scotland has confirmed that Brand Drive in Edinburgh has now reopened, today, Thursday, May 28, and that no one was injured.
However, they stated that enquiries are continuing to establish the full circumstances.

Images from the scene showed the lorry lodged inside the building, with the front wall of the property badly damaged.
The Daily Record reported that the property belongs to a 19-year-old man who has been blamed for sparking a bitter gang war which has engulfed Edinburgh and Glasgow.
While he cannot be named for legal reasons, it's alleged he was behind an alleged incident in which fake money was used by the Daniels clan in a drug deal with alleged gangster Ross McGill, who is believed to be linked to the Lyons clan.

Police Scotland confirmed road closures were in place at Christian Grove and Christian Crescent while emergency services dealt with the incident.
Officers were seen examining the vehicle as it remained embedded in the house on Tuesday afternoon.
