Officers investigating disorder following Celtic’s Premiership title win have released images of 28 people who may be able to assist with the police investigation.
Police said extensive enquiries remain ongoing into the violence and anti-social behaviour which took place in the Trongate area of Glasgow, on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Two officers were seriously injured and three members of the public required hospital treatment.
Some 3,000 Celtic fans flocked to the Trongate to celebrate following their side’s 3-1 win against Hearts, which clinched the league title.
Earlier, the Glasgow side’s fans spilled onto the pitch after their third goal.

Chief Superintendent Emma Croft, divisional commander for Greater Glasgow, said: "Significant enquiries remain ongoing into this disorder which impacted communities, businesses, police officers and supporters.
"I would urge the people in these images, or anyone who believes they may recognise them, to contact us.
