An investigation into the closure of the Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow has been completed.
The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator initiated a probe after the charity behind the CCA ceased trading, amid concerns over its financial governance and its ability to pay debts.
The CCA was awarded a £1.2million multi-year grant from Creative Scotland in 2025 and had received the first tranche of £832,000 when it closed, with the rest of the grant cancelled.

Its most recent accounts showed income of £1.4m against costs of £1.6m in the year to the end of March 2024.
The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator has now confirmed that its investigation has been concluded, but the report will not be made public until trustees have been consulted.
A spokesperson for the regulator said: “We have concluded our inquiry work into CCA and are in the process of communicating with the charity’s trustees.
“It would not be appropriate to comment further until that process is complete.”
