Cruden Homes has secured a brownfield site in Bathgate with plans to build 103 new private-sale homes.
The housebuilder intends to develop the site in West Lothian, subject to planning permission, in what would be its first private-sale development in the town.

The proposed homes would include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties, comprising terraced, semi-detached and detached houses.
The proposed development remains subject to planning approval.
The project represents Cruden Homes' fourth live planning application in West Lothian as the company continues to expand its development pipeline across the region.
The site is located close to Bathgate town centre, overlooking Bathgate Golf Club.
Further details about the development and individual properties are expected to be announced at a later stage.

Andrew Duncan, land director at Cruden Homes, said: "Securing this fantastic site in Bathgate is an important milestone for Cruden Homes and a strong addition to our private-sale pipeline.
"The site offers a rare opportunity to bring vacant brownfield land back into productive use and to create a high-quality new residential development that makes a positive contribution to Bathgate.
"With four live planning applications now progressing in West Lothian, we are continuing to invest in the area and build on our strong relationship with the local authority."
