Eight hotels with a combined 808 bedrooms have been put up for sale across Scotland and the North of England.
The properties, which form part of Strathmore Hotels Limited, are being marketed by specialist business property adviser Christie & Co on behalf of joint administrators James Dewar and Alistair McAlinden of Interpath.
The hotels are being offered as a single portfolio, in groups or individually, giving potential buyers the option to acquire individual properties or multiple hotels.
The Scottish properties include the Alexandra Hotel and Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club in Fort William, the Royal Hotel in Oban, the Nethybridge Hotel in the Highlands, the Salutation Hotel in Perth and the Ben Wyvis Hotel in Strathpeffer.
The portfolio also includes the Cairn Hotel in Harrogate and the Cumbria Grand Hotel in Grange-over-Sands.
Prices range from £1.75 million for the Nethybridge Hotel to £6.5m for the Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club.
The Alexandra Hotel, which has 93 rooms, is geared towards leisure travellers and outdoor enthusiasts and is being marketed at £5.75m.
The Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club has 119 rooms, alongside a bar and restaurant, function room, swimming pool and other leisure facilities. It has an asking price of £6.5m.
In Oban, the 91-room Royal Hotel is being offered at £4.85m and includes function areas and public spaces in a town centre location.
Other asking prices are £6m for the leasehold Cairn Hotel, £2.75m for the Cumbria Grand Hotel, £1.75m for the Nethybridge Hotel, £3.75m for the Salutation Hotel and £3.65m for the Ben Wyvis Hotel.
