One of the biggest rivalries in golf resumes this week at the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club in Rome, Italy as Europe takes on the USA in the 2023 Ryder Cup. 

The Ryder Cup has been running for 91 years and currently, the USA has a lead over Europe with 27 wins to 14.

Some of the biggest names in golf will be taking part in the event including the likes of Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose, Rickie Fowler and Jordan Spieth.

With the event just days away, there are still limited opportunities to book yourself a place in Rome to catch a glimpse of the Ryder Cup 2023.

How to get tickets to the Ryder Cup 2023?

The Ryder Cup 2023 officially gets underway on Friday, September 29 and runs until Sunday, October 1. 

General admission tickets to the Friday, Saturday and Sunday are sold out, but there are still premium experiences available which will allow you to watch the action unfold in style. 

Premium experiences available include:

Captain's Club - €895 (around £778) per person

Offering flexibility and informality together with a private table and superb views of play on the 7th hole.

The Champions Pavilion - €495 (£430) per person

Located on course and overlooking the 17th hole, this informal clubhouse environment is the ideal base for the unique atmosphere that only the Ryder Cup can offer.

Founders Lounge - €1,295 (£1126) per person

A premium Fine Dining restaurant with unrivalled course views overlooking the 16th & 17th holes.

The Vista Box - €990 (£861) per person

A Premium Experience at the heart of the party in the Vista Complex, with outstanding views, refined dining and access to the Vista Fanzone.

General Admission and Ticketed Experiences in The Vista Terrace or The Garden are also available for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday which are used as practice days for the golfers as well as playing host to a variety of other events.

Ticket prices for the three days are:

  • Tuesday, September 26 - €50 [£43] (practice rounds)
  • Wednesday, September 27 - €60 [£52] (practice rounds and all-star match)
  • Thursday, September 28 - €105 [£91] (practice rounds, opening ceremony and Junior Ruder Cup)

Ryder Cup schedule time (UK time)

Play for the Ryder Cup will begin on Friday and Saturday morning at 6.35am (UK time) and will conclude at around 6pm.

Those days will see foursome and four-ball matches take place. 

On Sunday, the first tee off will be at 10.35am (UK time) and see teams compete in a singles competition.

Play will conclude at approximately 4pm with the trophy presentation to take place at 4pm to 4.15pm.
