Scotland's under-21s squad has been announced ahead of their Euro double-header against Lithuania and Czech Republic.

Made up of youngsters from around the country and beyond, Scot Gemmill has picked his 22-man squad.

An impressive majority of Gemmill's squad currently play first-team football at their clubs, whether it be on loan or in Scotland's lower leagues.

Scotland Under 21s victory over Croatia no shock to Gemmill’s men, says goal hero Connor McLennan

Chelsea starlet Billy Gilmour is included alongside the likes of Mikey Johnston, Glenn Middleton and Ryan Porteous.

One significant omission, though, is Hearts kid Aaron Hickey who just yesterday at 17-years-old bagged the winner in his side's 2-1 victory over Hibs at Easter Road in the Edinburgh derby.

The games will be played on October 10 and 14.

Full squad: Doohan, McCrorie, Wright, Harvie, G Johnston, Maguire, McCrorie, McIntyre, Porteous, Reading, Campbell, Ferguson, Gilmour, Holsgrove, Kelly, Magennis, Smith, Hornby, M Johnston, McLennan, Middleton, Scott.
