Bowls player Nick Brett
IT isn't a sport that often grabs the headlines, but bowls player Nick Brett has been gaining plenty of plaudits after producing an incredible shot at the World Indoor Bowls Championships in Great Yarmouth.
The 45-year-old from Peterborough's curling effort brought a roar from spectators - and it's not very often you can say that at bowls - and has been compared to football players such as former Manchester United midfielder David Beckham and ex-Celtic player Shunsuke Nakamura.
