Steven Gerrard claims Alfredo Morelos is 'looking fine' after returning from international duty with Colombia.

The striker was away with his national squad for games against Venezuela and Chile but returned to Glasgow earlier this week.

Rangers boss Gerrard, though, admits he still needs time to assess all his players who headed back to Ibrox following their international exploits, with Celtic on the horizon tomorrow afternoon in the biggest game of the season so far.

He also provided an update on Joe Aribo and Kemar Roofe's fitness levels.

He said: "The whole team has a short preparation time, Alfredo arrived yesterday afternoon and he is looking fine. We still have to sit down and assess all the players returning from the International break.

"We are still assessing the International players who have arrived. We won't have a full update on the International boys until later today. Joe Aribo and Roofe are really close but this game may be a little bit too soon for them to return."
