ST MIRREN

JAK ALNWICK 6

Had no chance with the Rangers goals. Defensive errors didn’t help him.

RICHARD TAIT 6

Solid shift defensively. Had a couple of important interceptions and blocks.

BRANDON MASON 6

Looked tricky on the ball and put in a tireless shift on the left. Caused Tavernier problems.

JOE SHAUGHNESSY 5

Gifted Alfredo Morelos his goal after a shocking pass back to his goalkeeper. Not a great day for the skipper.

CONOR MCCARTHY 5

A busy afternoon for the central defender with Alfredo Morelos and Kemar Roofe in fine form. Fought until the end.

JAKE DOYLE-HAYES 7

Showed great energy in the middle of the pitch. Struggled to get on the ball as much as he would have liked though.

JON OBIKA 6

Huge chance to open the scoring in the early stages but fluffed his lines. Led St Mirren from the front well.

JAMIE MCGRATH 6

A tidy performance in the middle of the park. Kept the Buddies ticking and battled well.

DYLAN CONNOLLY 5

His pace always looked a threat for Saints, but he failed to get the beating of Borna Barisic.

MARCUS FRASER 6

Stuck to his defensive task well as he went up against a strong Rangers attack. Looked comfortable.

ETHAN ERHAHON 6

Got on the ball well in the final third. Did his best to provide service for Obika in the Buddies attack.

Added a bit of bite for the Buddies.
