Jürgen Klinsmann has hailed Oh Hyeon-gyu as a major talent and urged young South Korean players to follow his path to Europe.
The legendary German striker is now manager of South Korea and is in the UK to cast an eye over his charges.
He got a close look at Oh in recent international matches against Colombia and Uruguay and the physically powerful striker left an impression on the former Inter, Spurs and Bayern legend.
He's is on the bench today and Klinsmann hopes to see the gifted youngster get some minutes in Ayrshire.
And he also had some nice for Celtic who he described as a "massive club".
He told Sky: "I'm here in the UK to see Korean players. I was at Spurs to see Son yesterday and I'm here today to see a very young player turn out for Celtic.
"Even if he comes of the bench and gets some minutes. He's a very special talent.
"I had him with me in the last two matches against Colombia and Uruguay and he left a very, very positive impression so I am curious to see him here.
"I think the move to Scotland will absolutely help him. If you have the opportunity to play for a club like Celtic, a massive club, it's not easy for young players, he's fighting for minutes and it's a big learning curve.
"I can only recommend young players come to Europe, give it a try, give it their best and see how it goes."
