Tom Lawrence and Kemar Roofe will return to the Rangers squad for the trip to Dingwall this weekend.

The Ibrox duo have both recovered from injury knocks and will be in contention for game time against Ross County.

However, Ridvan Yilmaz will not feature despite having returned to training.

Rangers boss Michael Beale said: "Ridvan returned to training but won't make the squad for the weekend.

"Tom Lawrence and Roofe will both travel with the squad.

"Lawrence and Roofe back in the squad is a big boost and both hopefully feature tomorrow."

Lawrence made his first start in over a year this week when he played in a match for the B team against Hamilton Accies.

The midfielder netted in a 4-2 win as he stepped up his comeback.

His last competitive showing for the Ibrox side came for the first team on August 27 last year as Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men defeated Ross County 4-0.

Meanwhile, Beale opened up on Nnamdi Ofoborh's Rangers exit after the midfielder's departure was confirmed this week.

He said: "Nnamdi (Ofoborh) has been through a real tough journey and it has not been an easy time for him and his family.

"We wish him all the best. A fantastic young man to work with."

The former Bournemouth player joined Rangers on a four-year deal in 2021 but failed to make an appearance due to a serious heart condition.

He agreed a mutual termination of his contract to "pursue his career elsewhere".

A statement confirmed: "Rangers can today announce that the club and Nnamdi Ofoborh have mutually agreed to end his contract.

"The midfielder, who joined Rangers at the start of 2021-22 season has opted to pursue a career elsewhere.

"Everyone at Rangers wishes Nnamdi all the very best of luck for the future."
