Rangers have been dealt a major injury blow with Ridvan Yilmaz forced off for Turkiye.

The Ibrox full-back was handed a start for the national team against Hungary.

However, he was unable to continue after just 27 minutes.

Yilmaz - who has been a regular starter under Philippe Clement - was replaced by Mert Müldür.

The Ibrox defender had received a call-up to the Turkiye international squad after a series of impressive outings for Rangers.

But Clement now faces a nervy injury sweat to discover the severity of the issue.
