RANGERS face their rivals Aberdeen for the first time this season at the weekend in a game where both sets of fans will be desperate to watch their side record a win.

After struggling in Glasgow for years, Derek McInnes' side finally broke their Ibrox hoodoo last season, winning on two seperate occasions in Govan.

Is it on TV?

The match will not be broadcast in the UK, although Rangers TV subscribers based overseas will be able to tune in for the game. Red TV subscribers, meanwhile, will have access to audio commentary as the game is played.

What are the pre-match odds?

Steven Gerrard's side are the odds-on favourites to pick up three points on Saturday and can be backed at around 3/10. Most bookies are offering odds of around 8/1 for McInnes' men to pull off an upset.

What's the latest team news?

Ryan Kent and Jordan Jones are still recovering from injury and are unlikely to play any part on Saturday and while Brandon Barker has been training this week, he is not expected to be match-fit in time. Jon Flanagan is still recuperating from surgery and Joe Aribo is a doubt after sustaining a head knock against Livingston on Wednesday night. McInnes, meanwhile, has a lengthy injury list. Summer additions Funso Ojo and Craig Bryson are both out with long-term injuries and centre-backs Ash Taylor and Scott McKenna are still recovering from injuries of their own.
