Rangers have suffered an injury blow with John Lundstram limping out of today’s Premiership clash against Ross County.

The midfielder hobbled off the Ibrox turf with a nasty-looking ankle injury on ten minutes with Malik Tillman replacing him.

Lundstram has been a constant in Michael Beale’s squad since the Englishman took over as manager, so his injury will be a setback for the Ibrox boss.

Luckily Rangers added new man Nicolas Raskin on transfer deadline day to bolster their midfield options.

Before the game, Beale explained: “I think for all of the players we've tried to refresh the midfield, they have all probably played a game and a half or two games.

“Raskin has not played in over a month we played Wednesday night, there was no training on Thursday.
"He had a very short session with the group yesterday so he only really got to meet his team-mates yesterday.

"Hopefully if things go to plan you will see him as a cameo today. He is obviously a player who is not only at Rangers for this 90 minutes, he's here for a long time."
