Celtic are 'considering' a move for Aleksander Bobek of LKS Lodz, according to a new report.
With just a few days until the closure of the January transfer window, Martin O'Neill is looking to strengthen his squad, ahead of Monday evening's deadline.
In recent days, the club have been linked with right-wing duo Fares Ghedjemis and Damir Redzic of Frosinone and FC Dac, respectively, having already bolstered their ranks with the arrival of Julian Araujo and Tomas Cvancara earlier this month.
Now, The Celtic Way has reported that the club are weighing up a potential move for Polish goalkeeper Bobek, who is out of contract at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has made 14 appearances in all competitions for the Polish second division side, keeping five clean sheets in the process. Additionally, he has only conceded 17 times, with Celtic said to have sent scouts to watch the Poland U20 cap.

Presently, the club has Kasper Schmeichel in between the sticks, with Viljami Sinisalo acting as backup to the 39-year-old. Additionally, Ross Doohan returned to his boyhood club last summer, following a fruitful stint at fellow Scottish Premiership club Aberdeen.
In the case of Schmeichel, his contract runs out at the end of the season, with no talks of an extension as of yet involving the Dane and his current club. As for Sinisalo, who has only made four appearances this season, his current deal runs out in the summer of 2029.
Next up for Celtic is a home match in the Scottish Premiership against Falkirk, with the hosts having won all three of their games against John McGlynn's side.
The last time the two sides met, Schmeichel impressed against his former side, as Celtic ran out 1-0 winners at Falkirk Stadium.
