Who doesn’t love chicken wings!?  This is a quick recipe for glazed chicken wings, ideal for a gathering with friends or a night in front of the tv!

Ingredients: Serves 4

  • 1kg Chicken Wings
  • 6 x Green chillis – de seeded and chopped.
  • 3 x Garlic cloves
  • 1 x Banana shallot
  • ½ Bunch coriander
  • 2 tsp Smoked paprika.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • Honey to glaze
  • Mixture of radishes and baby leaf salad

Method

Preheat the oven to 180c/fan 160/gas 4

First begin by placing the chilli, garlic, shallot, coriander, paprika and salt into a food processor and pulsing into a loose paste adding a small amount of water as you go to help it blend.

Mix this with the chicken wings in a bowl and leave to marinade for a few hours.

Place the wings on baking tray and cook for around 40 – 50 minutes until tender and crisp.  Remove from the oven and glaze with a generous amount of honey.

Serve with a fresh radish salad.  I have used a variety of mooli radish, breakfast radishes and carrot.

Enjoy!
