The route and road closures for today's march in support of Scottish independence have been revealed.

Some 100,000 people are expected to take part in the Glasgow rally, organised by pro-indy group All Under One Banner.

Police said previously they may need to declare a 'major incident' due to the group's proposed start time of 1.30pm, warning that the plans could have a 'significant, detrimental impact' on the city centre.

But the group insisted they go ahead as planned, having given emergency services 'enough time' to prepare for their rally.
