It's the eve of one of Scotland's flagship agricultural show. Described as “the pinnacle of Scotland’s agriculture centre”, the Royal Highland Show will attract hundreds of thousands of visitors to the Royal Highland Centre in Ingliston between Thursday June 18 and Sunday June 21.
This year, The Herald and the Scottish Farmer have teamed up with the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland to support the event. The Herald has been focusing on Scotland's Larder as one of the most lively sections of the show with massive appeal.
The four-day event features more than 1,000 trade exhibitors, world-class livestock competitions, family-friendly entertainment, cutting-edge machinery and technology, and a bounty of food and drink.
Here is the full list of the 76 Scotland's Larder exhibitors and where to find them:

Said to be "a must-see destination for all foodies", it is also the place to discover new products, sample the best of Scottish ingredients and learn more about artisan food and drink businesses from across the UK.
From cheese, charcuterie and honey to craft spirits, artisan bakery and specialty preserves, you'll find it all under one roof at this year's event.

This year, The Herald and The Scottish Farmer are to lead a major media campaign in support of the Royal Highland Show.
The two publications are partnering with the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS) to provide multi-channel coverage of this year’s show for the first time.
The collaboration will bring together Scotland’s longest-running national newspaper, its leading agricultural title, and the charity behind one of the nation’s largest events.s

Catherine Salmond, editor of The Herald, said: “Scotland’s rural economy, food culture and farming heritage sit at the heart of who we are as a nation – and the Royal Highland Show is where that story comes alive.
“This partnership allows The Herald to bring the energy of the Show to a wider consumer audience, while helping RHASS reach families, food lovers and day-out planners across the country. We’re proud to support an event that showcases the very best of Scotland.
“By working alongside The Scottish Farmer and RHASS, we have a fantastic opportunity to showcase the very best of Scottish agriculture to a national audience and to support an event which is both a highlight of the summer and a serious engine for jobs, skills and investment.”
RHASS chairman James Logan added: “The Royal Highland Show is our biggest fundraising event and plays a vital role in supporting our charitable mission for Scottish agriculture and rural communities.
“By partnering with The Scottish Farmer and The Herald, we can broaden our reach across both rural and urban audiences, tell more of the stories behind the Show, and strengthen engagement in the months leading up to June.
"We’re excited to work together to celebrate the innovation, people and produce that make the Show so special.”
