The Ivy Collection has released first look images of its new Glasgow city centre home ahead of next week's launch.

Opening on Tuesday, October 20, at 30-40 St Vincent Place, the venue will bring two dining concepts together under one roof, with space for more than 250 guests across The Ivy Brasserie and The Ivy Asia.

The restaurants will occupy the former City of Glasgow Bank, a Grade A-listed building dating from 1870 to 1873 and designed by renowned Scottish architect John Burnet Sr, whose other works include Glasgow's Stock Exchange and Merchants' House.

In The Ivy Glasgow Brasserie, a glass dome sits above a central bar and tall decorative tree. Meanwhile, The Ivy Asia Glasgow features the brand's illuminated jade-coloured agate flooring alongside gilded ceilings, cherry blossom trees, decorative lanterns, bamboo-inspired detailing and velvet furnishings.

A clock from the former bank's original telling room has also been restored and rehung above the reception entrance.

The interiors were developed with Adam Ellis, art consultant and interior collaborator for The Ivy Collection.

While The Ivy Glasgow Brasserie will continue the all-day dining offer already familiar to customers, from breakfast and brunch through to dinner and cocktails, much of the pre-launch buzz surrounds The Ivy Asia, which is opening in Scotland for the first time.

Known for its theatrical approach to dining, the concept combines Asian-inspired dishes, elaborate cocktails and dramatic interiors. On the menu, expect sushi, sashimi, small plates and larger sharing dishes.

Among the signature dishes heading to Glasgow is the Golden Aromatic Duck, served with steamed pancakes, cucumber, spring onion and hoisin sauce.

Other bestsellers include Black Cod Miso, a miso-marinated sablefish, and Char Siu Pork Belly, alongside smaller dishes such as Gochujang Glazed Chicken, Ebi Prawn Tempura Nahm Jim and Pork and Kimchi Gyoza.

Olivia Wong, senior general manager of The Ivy Glasgow, said: "Moving to St Vincent Place is an exciting new chapter for The Ivy Glasgow. The building has so much character, and we wanted to create a setting that makes the most of its original features while bringing in the distinctive interiors and artwork that guests expect from The Ivy Collection and The Ivy Asia.

"From the glass dome of The Ivy Glasgow Brasserie to the vibrant interiors of The Ivy Asia, every detail has been considered to create a memorable experience from the moment guests step through the doors.

"We're looking forward to welcoming guests into our new home, whether they're joining us for a familiar favourite, a special occasion or to discover the space for the first time. With The Ivy Asia making its Scottish debut alongside our new brasserie, this marks a hugely exciting new chapter for The Ivy in Glasgow."
